Jeremy Goldstein
I love learning different cultures from the inside out, whether it’s a new company or a new country. Knowing how people think and feel about their life and work engages my passion for contributing to endeavors that really matter. That’s exactly how I wound up at an incubator in Argentina as my first job after graduating from Yale. There, I worked closely with entrepreneurs to help scale their businesses and create ecosystems from the ground up with the idea that successful founders would emerge to inspire and hire the next generation.
After a couple of years as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, where I deepened my skills in analysis and operational excellence, I joined LOLA, where I was the only male employee of a female-founded and led company focused on feminine hygiene products. There, I had the opportunity to lead the development of the company’s data analytics and business intelligence capability, while also spearheading the growth of a new wholesale revenue channel.
GC is another great opportunity to learn new companies and contribute to their development. I am particularly interested in opportunities like the one at LOLA, which brought multiple new perspectives, technologies, and strategies to an industry that had been stuck at its first iteration for decades. At GC, I have been closely involved in our healthcare and B2B software practices.
When I get some extended time away from the office, I love to travel. Other personal priorities include consulting for non-profit organizations and mentoring young people who are entering the workforce.
